• “Blue Beauties” Floral Display
Till 30 June, 9am – 9pm
A special colour in the plant kingdom takes centrestage in the Flower Dome. Blue may seem ubiquitous in everyday life, but true spectrum blue is one of the most uncommon colours in plants.
See flowers that are cherished for their vivid blue hues such as agapanthus, hydrangeas and delphiniums flourish in a French-inspired garden. Set amidst a landscape dotted with a wall trellis, topiaries, a fountain and gazebo, these blue blooms are complemented by the purple and pink tones of gladiolus, lupins and foxgloves.
To learn more botanical facts and anecdotes about the floral display, join the “ASK Me!” guided tour . The 15-minute tour is held at 11am and 3pm on weekdays and from 2pm and 5pm on weekends. The tour is free but admission charges to the Flower Dome applies.
