Most people don’t know that concierges…
Can do wonders. We have access to a wide network of contacts so we can help to obtain sold-out concert tickets, make last-minute flight bookings and even get a table at restaurants which are supposedly fully booked.

Fun, friendly, approachable.

Any unusual request from guests to share?
An Indonesian guest accidentally left his wedding ring in the hotel room. We offered to send it back to him via courier but as he needed it urgently, he pleaded with us to allow one of our associates to take the next available flight to Jakarta and pass him the ring at the airport. Sensing the urgency of the situation, as part of our extended service to the guest, one of our associates boarded afternoon flight to Jakarta and returned to Singapore on a late-night flight on the same day.

Singapore’s best-kept secret is…
Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. Not many people, including locals, know about this place. It is a great place for nature lovers.

Try local fare such as chilli crab, chicken rice, bak kut teh and laksa.

A lady sought help to look for her missing 81-year-old father who suffers from dementia. One of my colleagues filed a report with the local police and searched the whole of Singapore Botanic Gardens, where he was last seen. Thankfully, he was found 12 hours later.

Pulau Ubin, Singapore’s last kampung (village) where you can savour the simple pleasures of life. The slower pace starts the moment you join the bumboat queue at Changi Point Ferry Terminal.
